With a click of a button, you'll activate a series of emails to your shop. Each one providing your customer with a different video.
The best part is they'll keep getting reminded that you're their rep!
Manager SE, ProDemand, Truck ProDemand, and Social CRM each have an email video series.
So a TM got a ProDemand sale in your territory. Well let's try to upgrade that customer to get full credit and commission!
Check the box in the CRM and you're customer will get a nice email introducing you and mentioning the upgrade option.
Of course you should still try to reach out to them, but an email will also help them learn about you.

Premium includes everything in Basic and Professional. You'll get the best results and most advanced features from Premium.
When a customer asks "can you email me something." You'll be able to check a box and your customer will get an email with a link to view a demo of the product. Each product page will be branded with your information.
Allow your customer to learn late at night, early in the morning or on their lunch break. Also, your customers will get follow up emails reminded them to look at the demo.
Stay in touch with your O'Reilly representatives regularly. Once activated, your reps will receive a text reminder every two weeks about Mitchell1 products. The message will be different each time, allowing your O'Reilly reps to learn and offer more products, including upgrades.
To encourage upgrades, your representatives can watch brief videos that provide more information about the products. These videos are not meant to be comprehensive training sessions, but rather to give them key points and help them understand what to listen for when speaking with a shop.
Appointment Reminders
Tired of customers forgetting about your training or demo appointment?
Now your customer will get an email and text reminder about your upcoming appointment.
For trainings/installs, the texts/emails will remind the customer to view the initial training Invoice Process video before your visit. In some cases, the customer will schedule that time lighter since they will get multiple reminders about the training.
On your rep page will be a text widget. This makes it easy for a shop to contact you. It's also easy to send out larger text blasts to your customers.
Booking Page
Customers will be able to visit your rep page and book an appointment with you.
Each email that goes out will have a link to one of the upgraded Mitchell1 products.
With this feature, you could choose to replace 1 or all of them with a graphic and link of your choice.
This is a place to allow shops to request a 2 week trial. The work flow reminds them and you of the trial.
It also comes with a uniuqe page explaining how the 2 week trial works and a form for them to request it.
Get 2 additional users. Let them use all the features of the system within your territory.
